CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We highly value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Pelvic Floor Chair, or Pressotherapy), you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.
• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled free of charge.
• Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of that specific session from your booking or package, and no refund will be issued.
Package Expiry & Validity
All multi-session packages and courses purchased at Repure Wellness Ltd are subject to a strict validity period:
• Every package or course must be fully utilized within 2 months (60 days) from the date of purchase.
• After this 2-month period, any remaining unused sessions will automatically expire. Expired sessions cannot be extended, and no refunds will be given for unused portions of a package.
Refund & Package Exchange Policy
• No Cash/Card Refunds: All sales of individual sessions and multi-session packages (including Hyperbaric Chamber courses) are final and strictly non-refundable. We do not offer cash or monetary refunds if you change your mind or decide to terminate your course early.
• Treatment Exchange / Credit: If you purchased a Hyperbaric Chamber (HBOT) package or any other course and wish to discontinue it, you may request to exchange the monetary value of the remaining, unused sessions for an alternative treatment offered at our studio (e.g., Pressotherapy or Red Light Therapy). We will calculate the exchange value based on our standard pricing, and any changes are subject to studio availability and management approval.
